At Kewtech, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, reliable testing equipment. We stand behind the performance and durability of our products, and we are now offering a five-year warranty including recalibration on all our MFT’s and PATs.

How it works

Peace of mind for just 16p per day

Have confidence in the knowledge that your tester is covered for 5-years extended warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, with all warranty repairs, software upgrades and annual calibrations included in a one off cost of £250+VAT (that’s just 16p a day across the policy period).

Step 1. Complete the membership form below and provide a proof of purchase for your new Kewtech MFT or PAT Tester.

Step 2. We will be in touch to complete your membership and provide you with your unique warranty membership number.

Step 3. Use your tester with peace of mind that it is covered, and so too are your running costs.

the small stuff

Registration for Kewtech’s Gold Membership must be made within 30 days of original product purchase.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any repaired or replaced products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

What we don’t cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorised modification, battery leakage.
  • Consumable parts such as batteries, test leads, and fuses unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Products without proof of purchase or those with altered or removed serial numbers.
