Who We Are

We manufacture innovative, accurate and reliable test equipment that enables the UK electrical industry to undertake testing obligations quickly and efficiently.

All our installation testers are ‘18th Edition Compliant’ and lead the way in ease of use, loop accuracy and repeatability of reading. A product with the “Kewtech” brand has been specifically designed for the UK market by a team with many years of industry experience. We pride ourselves on developing and manufacturing products that have real benefits to the industry.

Quality, innovation and reliability

As a business with a total focus on the UK, we have a track record of developing new and innovative products which are both reliable and cost-effective.

The quality of our measurements is our hallmark. We pride ourselves in the design of our electrical circuits and pay attention to all aspects of our products. Our UK design and technical support centre ensure that our products are the best quality available.

We have decades of expertise

Established as a business in the UK in 2004, we have a heritage that goes back well into the twentieth century. The Kewtech Directors and many of the staff were originally part of Robin Electronics that was the UK market leader during the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s.

UK design, Japanese Engineering

Kyoritsu Electrical Works are our Japanese partners who engineer much of our test equipment to our design and UK safety standards. Founded in 1940, Kyoritsu has over 80 years of expertise in the electrical industry, distributing products worldwide with an international reputation for quality and accuracy.

Kewtech are proud to be supported by such a prestigious industry world leader in Kyoristu to bring you the highest quality products designed specifically for the UK market.

Sustainability and responsibility

As a manufacturer, we are all too aware of the responsibility we hold in helping to reduce the world’s carbon footprint for the sustainability and prosperity of our planet.

That is why we have removed all none essential single-use plastic from our packing, all our certification books are FSC marked, and why we continue to invest in research and development into products which support greener technologies.

We are also proud to say that our products have a long design life helping to reduce electronic waste, however, we will continue to seek ways in which we can reduce our carbon footprint as there is always more that can be done.
